NSPCC/Childline
The NSPCC deliver a wide range of services to protect children today and prevent abuse tomorrow. Here is what we achieved in Norfolk, in 2023/24:
10,450 children, in 61 schools, took part in our Speak out Stay safe programme in Norfolk.
2,300 counselling sessions were delivered by our Childline volunteers. Some of these children were going through the toughest time of their lives and chose only to share this worry with our professionals. We listen to children and young people and empower them to share.
671 referrals were made from our Helpline to local safeguarding agencies in Norfolk.
