Break is a charity in East Anglia dedicated to supporting children and young people in care and those with complex needs. We believe every child deserves a bright future, regardless of their start in life. Experiencing care can feel isolating, with frequent changes. But Break offers stability through loving and caring homes, foster families, therapeutic support, and mentoring. We also have a unique promise to all those in our care - a lifelong offer of support meaning we will be there for our young people for however long they need us.
